Deluxe-Enviro provides industrial and commercial cleaning services, including duct cleaning, restaurant cleaning, extractor fan cleaning, and also specialises in industrial ventilation installation and cleaning. They initially engaged with Everbold to expand their business, attract more clients, and increase visibility across Ireland.

Before working with Everbold, Deluxe Enviro Ltd faced several obstacles that limited their ability to grow efficiently:

  • Breaking Through Competition As a newcomer with a modest advertising budget, the company needed a carefully planned strategy to maximize campaign impact against larger competitors.
  • Insufficient & Inefficient low-quality Leads The business struggled to generate enough genuine sales opportunities, often receiving irrelevant inquiries like job applications or messages from existing customers. A targeted strategy was needed to increase lead volume and quality while reducing irrelevant leads.
  • Losing potential lead opportunities Website forms were the main conversion method, but many customers preferred calling, and the UX did not support phone conversions effectively.

The Solution

Everbold implemented a data-driven, customer-focused strategy to address these goals:

Maximising Leads through Strategic Ad Spend & Structure By analysing customer behavior, website traffic, and lead conversion data, we identified high-margin services. Using this insight, we developed a targeted and restricted ad structure, which improved our position in the bidding auction and provided a competitive edge. This approach enabled Deluxe to efficiently and effectively generate high-quality leads.

Maximising ROI We boosted Deluxe’s ad performance by creating dedicated landing pages for each specific service. The cleaning services were categorised as restaurant cleaning, duct cleaning, and extractor fan cleaning. Each page was tailored to provide the right solutions for the needs of our target audience, enabling us to run highly personalised ads. This not only improved ad relevance and quality scores but also generated higher-quality leads, driving a stronger return on investment.

Customer Behavior Analysis & A/B testing Using Hotjar customer session recordings and heatmaps, we analyzed how potential customers interacted with the website. This analysis revealed that customers preferred calling the business rather than submitting their requirements through a form. Based on this insight, we prioritised the most effective lead generation method - phone calls - by strategically adding a “Call Now” button throughout the website. This approach proved highly successful, increasing phone call leads by 162%.

Results & Impact

Following the implementation of this strategy, Deluxe Enviro Ltd achieved significant improvements. Comparing Jan-Aug 2025 to the previous period, the results included:

  • 26% increase in leads
  • -26% reduction in cost per conversion
  • +162% increase in phone call inquiries

These results highlight the effectiveness of combining strategic budget allocation, customer behaviour insights, and website UX optimisation.
