The cleaning services were categorised as restaurant cleaning, duct cleaning, and extractor fan cleaning. Customer Behavior Analysis & A/B testing Using Hotjar customer session recordings and heatmaps, we analyzed how potential customers interacted with the website. This analysis revealed that customers preferred calling the business rather than submitting their requirements through a form. Based on this insight, we prioritised the most effective lead generation method - phone calls - by strategically adding a “Call Now” button throughout the website. This approach proved highly successful, increasing phone call leads by 162%.
